We offer Airstream trailers to rent for Burning Man. As Outside Service Providers to Burning Man, we have experience in preparing your Airstream for the Playa. In addition to stocking all trailers with linens, towels, cookware, and household goods, we provide a guide on best practices for how to use your Airstream while at Black Rock City.
Pickup and return from San Jose, CA. Rentals are for fully-stocked Airstream only.
Rentals are for Sunday, August 27 through Monday, September 4. Earlier pickup and later returns available upon request. Reservations require a $1000 non refundable deposit which will apply towards your rental. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to pickup.
All Airstream rentals listed below include full insurance coverage, preparation for the Playa including full waxing of the trailer and taping of windows, extra trailer supplies needed for life on the Playa, stocking service for groceries purchased through Instacart, San Jose Airport pick-up for out-of-town guests, and 30+ hours of cleaning required to remove all Playa dust from the interior and exterior of the trailers.
Portable 3000W generators are available to rent for $550. For those who need a tow vehicle, we will facilitate a separate rental with our partners at Enterprise Commercial Trucks for a Dodge Ram 2500, approximately $1100 paid directly to Enterprise. Delivery and retrieval services to Burning Man are by special request only, and extra fees will apply.
